Peter Kiploks, Principal

Peter has over 30 years experience in recruitment, career transition and HR management, including industrial relations. This experience has been gained in the steel industry and through consulting to a wide range of industrial and commercial clients.  He has developed expertise in search-led recruitment, relying on many networks and a persuasive approach to promote clients and their role opportunities.  Peter’s expertise in career transition includes counseling graduates through to mentoring executives, job search programs for a wide range of professionals and customising promotional documents which captures an individual’s “value add.”

An outcomes focused, mentoring approach is utilized to source new employment opportunities.  This includes acting as an “advocate” for the individual, who is either employed (i.e. with minimal “free time”) or for whom it is strategically advantageous.

Peter has a similarly extensive involvement in sports coaching and administration.  He maintains affiliations with Sandringham Little Athletics Club and a number of Victorian Amateur Football Clubs.

Richard Want And Ian Kendall, Partners

Richard and Ian are Co-founding Partners of Kendall Want Associates. Both have substantial careers in psychometrics (i.e. the metrics of psychology); spanning 20 years and 35 years respectively. Their foundations are the objective analysis of how personality, personal style, motivation and aptitude affect the ways that people interact within the workplace; and subsequent performance improvement.

Richard and Ian have supported numerous organizations; in the commercial, Government and industrial sectors. With the “know how” to translate the science of behavior into effective interventions, KWA has been involved in several large scale business integrations and culture transitions.  Their services include testing and test training services to HR professionals, Test Publishers, Executive Outplacement firms. Ian’s expertise includes test construction, validation and norming studies.  Major demand exists for survey work; e.g. workplace satisfaction, safety culture, 360 Degree consultancy.

Richard is a sports enthusiast and actively “participates” with his young children; whether it be soccer Referee, Coach or supporter!  Downtime permitting, he enjoys yoga and meditation.  Ian is a particularly good Welsh and Scottish dancer (including Choreographer) with an astonishing knowledge of world geography and history.

Vicki Carter, Partner

Vicki Carter is an organisational psychologist with a background as a Senior Human Resources Manager. She is a trainer and executive coach with extensive experience across all industries – corporate and public sector.

As a Registered Psychologist, Vicki brings proven psychometric methodologies and best practice to assignments. She has led the development of competency frameworks, recruitment, performance, and leadership platforms for organisations, built assessment tools, as well as facilitated team building and cultural change programs. Her approach is built on recognizing and building on strengths, underpinned by up to date coaching psychology research, theory and practice. She has been invited to present to organizations on a range of topics, including Women in Leadership, Emotional Resilience, and Mindfulness.

Vicki has extensive experience as an executive and leadership coach. She is passionate about helping people to reach their potential through strengths based solution focused coaching, and offers the benefits of psychology to people and organizations wishing to make the most of the capability that lies within the individual. Coaching clients develop insight into their behaviour, and find solutions to meet their work and personal goals. Improved self-awareness, sharper focus, and renewed energy to take the next step in their own personal development as a leader are some of the outcomes that have been achieved by the leaders the Vicki has coached.

  • She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist with endorsement for approved area of practice in the field of Organisational Psychology; and
  • Is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and is accredited in a range of psychometric tools including Cognitive, Personality, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, Sales, Vocational, and 360 questionnaires.
