Our on-line methodologies include cognitive testing and personality testing. Evaluation of results are used for key decision-making re individuals, e.g. hiring, secondment, promotion: as well as in broader organisational contexts, e.g. structural change, person-culture “fit”, organisational development. Test results offer objective, impartial insights. Our focus is on supporting individual and team performance improvement; as well as well as attainment of leadership potential.
